So basically, all the informations on their system is based only on what you feed on your paperworks? Further interrogations later on will happen if something doesnt jibe with your infos at their file. Am i right guys?

it could be how the beneficiary answers the consul, whether her answers coincide with their file, whether she knows everything about the petitioner, basically the consul wants to know if the marriage is real .

i think he looks all ur infos and the report from the USCIS and FBI notes and ur name check report and NVC report about the case, someone in vj saw the top of the papers while interview and she saw it says approved on the top of it, i think the case is already approved mostly before the CO gets all the paper work from NVC. All the questions asking is just a formality and this is only based on my opinion and i may be wrong but who knows......................... abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

What a stange and oddball question you ask.

What do you want the CO to do, Talk on the phone while they interview you.

It is the computer age, not 1980.
