I'm still confused, regarding SSN...because I'm reading I have to wait 2 weeks to get it after she arrives.

If my finance arrives on a Friday, can we go on a Monday AM get her SSN, Monday afternoon go to get married in court and then Tuesday AM go back to update her SSN with her married name?

Then on Tuesday afternoon we would send in AOS and EAD forms...HELP!

If you go in that soon they will have to manually verify you which takes weeks. Wait the two weeks because that also gives you the time to get your fiance on bills etc. which you then can send in with aos.

Also verify if you need a SSN to get married, not all states have the same rules.
