k-1 VISA is not required to do vaccination, but Adjustment of Status does require it, your fiancee can either have it done in PI which should be cheaper, or wait until she is in the states which could be more expensive...

Wait until she does her medical at St. Lukes. The vaccinations are included in the price and you get no discount for not getting them. If you get them ahead of time your paying for them twice. Trisha, my wife, (<26 yrs old) had no evidence of any vaccinations and got 5 at St. Lukes. Then has been keeping them up through my health insurance when she got into the US.

Love forever,

Yes you may, or she can just wait til' she goes to st lukes because the vaccines are included on the amount that she will pay anyway.

medical requirements and process are answers can be consulate speciic, moving thread to:

US Embassy and Consulate Discussion

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

YMMV
