k2 class b2 need for evaluation

good day VJ family

were here now in chicago bu then the immigration tolds us from the point of entry at detroit that i need to bring my 1o year old son for the evaluation of his xray from teh st.lukes..weve already called the number which the immigration give us then they gave a number at niles cookk county dept.of public health how ever the lady there told us that we need to go to chicago because our address now is in chicago.jsut to explain:becaue my fiance just moved from lincolnwood to chicago 1 week ago before we arrive.so from the immigration they took the old address.but since my fiance needs to show his proof of reidency at public health he wasnt able to proved proof of residnecy which states to his previous address at lincolnwood he only have the recent one from chicago.so jsut to make it short were loooking for those who have experince like this?how much do we need to pay?

is there anyone from chicago who experince same thing like ours?pls help us..we really appreciate it so much

If you own house or renting it, I'm sure there's an address there which also states your fiance's name. I am not so sure, I am from Joliet, IL, and we were not ask for proof of residency when we went to public health.

I showed to them the yellow paper given by immigration at POE. They just copied my documents from St. Lukes, then gave me TST. I didn't pay anything.

Lifting Condition (I-751)

09/09/2011 - Sent the package to CSC

09/13/2011 - CSC received the package

09/15/2011 - CSC cashed check and NOA1 Received

09/26/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Notice Date (Sent)

10/13/2011 - Early Biometrics

10/19/2011 - Biometrics Appointment

10/26/2011 - GC expiration

11/25/2011 - Received RFE

11/28/2011 - Sent response to RFE

01/13/2012 - Ordered card production (Approved)

01/19/2012 - 10 yrs GC received
