I JUST RECEIVED A NOTICED FOR REQUESTING ADDTIONAL DOCUMENTS OR EVIDENCE, I RICEIVED BLUE PAPERS.

I WONDER HOW IT WORKS?

DO I hAVE to INCLUDE RETURN MAILING ENVELOP TO SENT THE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS USCIS REQUESTED...

ANOTHER THING DO I HAVE TO MAKE A COVER LETTER ?

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE USCIS RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS

you can use any envelope you want as long as you send it to the address on the envelope..

you do not have to make another cover letter unless you want to

USPS priority with delivery confirmation

I got one today, too.

I would do USPS priority mail "Certified" so that you can check the delivery status.

It doesn't have to be express if you can make the deadline. I would write a cover letter as it is always helpful and appreciated.

Also, copy your blue letters and keep them for your record, but make sure you send the original with your RFE. Write your A# on each RFE pages as well. Don't have to include a return envelop, but if you want your RFE back when they are done with the original, why not. I personally don't expect them to send my RFE back. Good luck! Hope all works well for both of us:-D
