The new and improved USCIS Case Status now has a mobile alert update. So, now we can be anywhere and get notified if we are approved. It's about time they did this. Yay!!!

signed up for it earlier today... it said it is a pilot program... we'll see if it works..

It works.. I got the text this afternoon.. NOA2!

9/9: Mailed N-400 package off

9/11: Arrived at Dallas, TX

9/17: NOA

9/19: Check cashed

9/23: Received NOA

10/7: Text from USCIS on status update: Biometrics in the mail

10/9: Received Biometrics letter

10/29: Biometrics

10/31: In-line

2/16: Text from USCIS that Baltimore has scheduled an interview...finally!!

2/24: Interview letter received

3/24: Naturalization interview

I didnt know ####### it was initially... then when I saw "Your case EAC#### now updated"..... I almost fell out...

Then a few seconds later the email hit...

Wow congrats Scott! What the hell are they waiting for on my case! 2 touches, 2 days.. and NOTHING STILL! Ughhhhh

Thanks Megan... I was really expecting an RFE.... You are really close I think.. for some reason they keep looking at your file instead of approving it.. I got no touches after the email update months ago.

I wonder why theyd be looking at it and not approving it? I mean, If there was something missing, youd think theyd just send the RFE, right? Either way im hoping we'll know something by this week. Im grateful for the touches, atleast I know the file is being looked at! Hmm.. I just dont get it. I hate waiting. But once again, congrats! I hope to be posting soon that I finally got my approval.
