i got my visa this morning!!

hi everybody!!i got my visa today,and my son s aswell,everything went smoothly,i got the asian lady,she is the best;) she did nt ask to see any of the evidence,not even a single one,she asked me a cpl of question,she was friendly,i answered all the questions,i was confidant,and friendly,i made her laugh,,she talked to my son,and finaly said:evrything is great,u can come tommorow to pick up ur visa.

i was like:OH MY GOD!!!i wanted to jump and kiss her and give her a hug,but i couldnt,i called my husband right the way,and told him the great news.

i will be in my husband s arms, in 1 week.

well,i want to thank all VJ members,and especially,the ones who helped me.

and i wish good luck to those who still waiting.

i filed for CR1,not k3,it s a mistake!sorry guys

NVC Received : 09/08/09

NVC Left : 09/09/09 per NVC (called 9/11/09 and they told me it was sent!)

Consulate Received : 9/11/09

Packet: Never received. The consulate was nice enough to send us a letter via email, along with a list of approved doctors and translators. My fiance can easily pick up the forms required when he goes for his medical and translations.

*Update 11/26/09* Medical complete! Picking up the packet was smooth and easy! One week until our interview!! Can't wait!!

Interview Date: 12/03/09

Call from embassy to go pick up his passport with visa!: 12/11/09

Visa in Hand!

Date of Marriage: 02/21/10
