Hey Folks,

Here is the summary. I received NOA2 for both I129F and I130 the same day on Sept 11,2009. So I called NVC today and they have received the I129F file but not I130. So you know why would that happen? And based on the other forums the recommendation seems to be that I should pursue I130, so what happens to the I129 application? Do I need to do anything?

I am sorry if this was asked before in the other forums. I appreciate your help.

Timeline:

Sent I130 on 07/02/09

NOA1 on 07/16/09

Sent I129F on 07/25/09

NOA1 for I129F on 08/03/09

NOA2 for I129F and I130 09/11/09

NVC Recieved I129 on 09/18/09
