The weather here is so nice! I have all the windows open...70's!! Cannot beleive it.

I've been gone for awhile and come back to this! I'm with you finesse, I'd have to whip HER azz AND HIS! I try to keep the violence at bay but situations like these call for it. She was NEVER a friend...friends don't take that route

the betrayal if nothing more...( trust is super big with me) I would think she cares at least a little otherwise the issue wouldn't have been so upsetting for her. She said they weren't even legally separated yet...there has to be some kind of residual feelings there...

no get mi wrong i do not agree with how Renee handled it..but i will not stop speaking to her b/c of it...some ppl take any and evryone for their friend..gotta be careful man...

~ 2/14/10 – WEDDING DAY FINALLY

~ 2/26/10 – mailed AOS/EAD/AP via USPS confirmed delivery

~ 2/28/10 – delivery confirmed 6:57 am

~ 3/10/10 – rec'd email acceptance confirmation from USCIS

~ 3/16/10 – rec'd NOA1's via mail for I-485, AP and EAD

~ 3/19/10 – Biometrics appt - 3/31/10 11 am

~ 3/24/10 – Walk-in Biometrics appt - 2:00 pm

~ 4/07/10 – Case transferred to National Benefits Center

~ 4/09/10 – Case transferred to CSC for processing

~ 5/01/10 – EAD card ordered rec'd notice via email

~ 5/07/10 – AP rec'd in mail...no notice at all!

~ 5/24/10 – EAP rec'd in mail

~ 6/02/10 – AOS card ordered rec'd notice via email

~ 6/08/10 – rec'd welcome letter in mail

Well, I know I wouldn't help him get it if I were in the situation. If it happened after the LOC, I would let him go on his merry way, not impeding it in any way. It's just up to him to figure out how to apply for the next 10 year GC or citizenship without me.

And, before anyone says how would you know what you would do.....I DO.....and what I said in that second sentence is exactly what I have done. And that third sentences is what I have planned for the 8 years from now or whatever it is.

and what about the 4th sentence?

JG i thought after you lift conditions u get the 10 yr greencard and you don't have to prove all of that all over again each time u reapply

if what i have understood is true then is only if he has a police record that he will have a problem filing for citizenship

I'm not saying he can't do it. I'm saying he can figure it out all on his own. It's not a problem....it's the actual paperwork and all that involved.
