I can't imagine finding out something like that.... it would hurt to the CORE.

------

Yesterday I cooked curried shrimp & onion, served with biscuits. Today I made acorn squash stuffed with apples, walnuts, and honey. Steven didn't like either one. Today he said, "Is this the type of food you cook?" I said, "Yup!" I promise you, both are SO DELICIOUS. I'm loving my acorn squash.

sus, I can't sleep my friend just found out her husband of 15 years has 3 kids outside of their marriage

WOW Lawny, it must be the week for this shyt -

I know...sorry ladies; not to add to the sadness -- I tried and tried to tell her 6 years ago and what hurts her the most is that they just found out she's pregnant with their first.

That clip was heartbreaking, Bunz - and the sad thing is that so many people get away with murder when they kill a child in a car - it's murder, plain and simple.

Haven't you ever cooked for him before now, Nat?

i am used to browning the chops then baking them

i gave him the side eye the entire time, i eventually convinced him to let me brown them

there was no way i was gonna eat white pork chops

Dillon - I'm happy to hear the kids are getting along. Hope you and hubby can have a date night soon. We used it go on dates every weekend now it's once a month....it's fun.

That's nice...I love it when my husband jokes around and says, you think your man will mind if I take you out this weekend...we go out at least twice a month. Most time we just have a club in our house all I can say is "JAMAICAN men and their music and sound system"

that is funny and sweet....wat is it wit dem an di music???

i don't blame you tre

there was something like that in the news the other day

about tourists being scammed right there in the hotels and not realizing till they go back home

damn.....im like tre i only used it at an atm.....cash only

hubby and i were just talking last night about all the people that he/we know that have left jamaica in recent months..i think he knows 10 people that have left in the last 4-5 months...compared to the 2 or 3 he knew for the 2+ years before that

anyone else seen the same?

Most of Damien's friends are in here or Canada.

Are you planning your 2 year sexy "welcome to america" party? We celebrate ours every year.

most of roger's friends and family are here too, so we never had the issue w/ the calls thankfully, but the few that are in JA have the international plan plus he's real good bout making his calls short and sweet...

its funny u mentions the "sexy party" when i got home he had some champagne for a apprciaton/celebration for us filing the paperwork.. and mi usband was VERY VERY appreciative

its funny.. i sooo feel like the dude sometimes with Roger, but i LOOOVVVVEEE it..

awwwww thats sweet of him

sus, talking about wrong spelling, when I was taking care of some legal things for my grandmother and looking for attorney, we stopped at a place in Ochi and on the wall behind the "FAKE" attorney I saw is degree from Huwered University, Washington, D.C. so I asked him where he got his law degree he said in the states and a university in Washington, DC...so, I asked is it a HBC and he said yes, I got up and was about to walk out, then I said...you need to learn how to spell...it's H.O.W.A.R.D. University

LAWD...... :rofl::rofl: ....help

Love has no boundaries, no limitations. Love flows like a river, silent and calm, it gives us strength and shelters us from every storm.

lol @ hubby

every night we have the same conversation about his cat

she just goes off on him, biting and scratching

he has to put her out every night

philly this must be a relative of one of your crazy cats

LOL I want to see a pic of this kitty

LOVE THE KITTY! Reminds me of my kitty in JA! Short-haired & FACETY!

Been a looong time....but...those that I don't have the email addresses for ...just wanted to let you know -

I found out today that Renee, aka classychic (and wherever else she posts---hasn't posted on here for awhile, cause she's been busy)!! has been having a relationship with Craig, my husband (and we're not even legally separated yet) since she came to visit me in July. He moved there OR he's living with her...haven't been able to confirm that as yet.

Thank you to my friend that sent me the information, I appreciate you being a TRUE friend and letting me know what this scumbag has been up to. I know that some of us don't talk, but you know me through this site (or personally) but I wanted to share what "I" know....

I don't know the whole story as yet, but I will soon. What I do know is, I allowed this woman into my life. We shared stories that "true" friends shared. We talked on the phone or IM'd each other every other night. When I hadn't heard from her OR Craig for a week. I sent her an email.....and said, things that make you say hmmmmmm. No response. I KNEW in my heart at that time that something was going on between them and I shared that with a couple of you and they said, naaaa that can't be true. Their meeting was NOT by "chance", it was deliberate!!

I allowed her to come here to Maryland to stay in my home and hang out for the weekend ...and she spoke with Craig on the phone one night and I she GAVE him her phone number. I asked her why she did that and she said, what.....I would NEVER do anything.

This woman is FAKE and 2 faced. You THINK she's your friend..........yeah okay, and watch YOUR man around her cause she's THAT DESPERATE that she NEEDS to have a man in her life........even if he's an abusive one.

So..........please tell me, how would you guys handle this ? I'm at a loss right now, because I just can't believe that a "true friend" would do this ! I'm in shock, but completely hurt by this "friend".

Wow, and everything I've been through for the past 3 months with my dad and his lung cancer ...........I just did NOT NEED THIS !! I don't even know what to do and how to think right now !!

I think it's kindof funny how she's blocked me from facebook, but....the friends that I have let me know what she was doing! To put the picture of her AND Craig on her profile page........WOW........TRASH, is all I gotta say !!!

Kelly

I'm in total shock! I'm so sorry you've been going through all this with your Dad & now this. I don't even know what to say. You have made me think twice about one of my supposedly close girlfriends (not a VJer or yardie though) who keeps trying to get involved with my hubby. I think I'll be speaking to her & telling her that it's NOT appropriate for her to be trying to hang out with him when I'm not around & that it had better stop or she's out of our lives. I pray for your strength & eventual peace with this situation. Thanks for sharing & the eye-opener. (F):((L)

I agree! Wow... im sorry to hear this about a fellow WOMAN!

Sounds good to me! But Lehi doesn't like some of the things I cook either & I also think they're good dishes. I make BOMB eggplant parmesan but he was having no part of it.

Both of those news stories are tragic Bunz! I'm feeling sad....I think I need to go back to the 'people of walmart' site now for some more laughs....

I guess I am lucky with DJ in that he's an adventurous eater and willing to try new things - Most trips we split the cooking, and I have brought stuff from home like Peanut sauce to cook with - he loves it, loves my chicken caccitore - The only thing I have ever seen him turn his nose up at was this last trip - they had a flan for dessert - he didn't want any, I was eating my dessert and fed him a bite - we had to leave the table so he could spit it out, said he thought he was gonna puke

Bunz, that subject is just one that hits close to my heart - If there was ever something I could murder someone over, it would be that - it pains me to no end that there are murderers walking around. I can understand fleeing cause of fear for his life - but flee to the station!
