if i remember correctly, he said something about soy being the cause of cysts

and there are a couple doctors who back that up

Wow...what in the world? What are we suppose to eat?

I am sure we could find an argument against drinking too much cow's milk too, or eating too much of any food.

soy makes you gay

that's what this old man said

hahahaha! I wont tell Louis

Shemmy - the ribs are so good!

I just discovered another vegetarian product.. the brand is QUORN, its from England. It is not a soy product. It is made from a mushroom type thing.. it explains on the box. However it does have egg in it.

They have a "Chicken, Goat Cheese and Cranberry" breast.... SO GOOOOOOD! On a yummy artisan bread it makes such a good sandwich.

Thanks. I will buy them for my daughter.

I'll look for QUORN as well. My friends invited me to a raw food prep class this Sunday  No thanks.

I was thinking about doing raw food for a month. But I am too lazy. I know there is no cooking but I feel I would be at the store every other day for fresh food. If someone else prepared meals for me I would do it.

You'll spend lots of money eating raw...my friends pays a lady to make all of her meals. Sounds interesting though. She eats raw olive tuna pizza, giner kale, cury plantains and cheesecake. Not sure how  it's all raw but it is.

I would end up eating salad for a month.

I did watch an episode of Bizzare Foods about raw foods. They can use things like dehydrators and some other methods that still qualify the food to be "raw"

That Jamaican cooking magazine had an article on a guy who has a raw foods restaurant in JA.

MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmm....send me some, Tre.

Here you go, Irie...........

What are Quorn foods made from?

Quorn foods are made with mycoprotein, an edible fungi like truffles, morels and mushrooms.
