i thought there was less tax burden filing single than married?? so i would owe a boatload of money having not been contributing enough taxes during the year..

Morning! Yay, can't wait till this 3 day weekend! I took monday off becuase I knew Tierra would be out of school.

Hello yardies i was trying to catch up but that didnt work lol It's good to hear all the good news. I'm getting internet on Friday so i guess i would be more in the loop, umm wanna hear something funny so my ex bf stopped by my mother house and takes my mom and sis out to breakfast and shopping... yeah it just so happens that im going to visit my mom and who's sleeping on the couch MY EX! talking about pissed off im just thinking how would this work when j comes up. okay so i remained calm and chatted with my ex and let him take me out to dinner (i told j a friend took me out to dinner but it was innocent) (j response was that ummmm hummmm thing they do) so while chatting at dinner he tells me how we need to get back together cause he still loves me and no other women can compare to me he loves the way i dress blah blah blah mind you he never told me this stuff while we was together. now the funny part is that he is about to have a baby with a one night stand who just turned 20 yea he is 29 and is talking about he know i would love the baby like it's my own at this point i could not contain my laughter what is wrong with guys! i clearly tells him that im with someone and it's very serious and i wont be able to take him up on his offer after all is said and done he tells me whoever im with better be on they toes cause as soon as he messes up him and his daughter is coming for me... really now that pissed me off the most because my mom was co signing for him #######! I just wish everyone will realize the dream is over its no more me and him... oh and his dumb a$$ comment that he know that my new beau is jamaican because i was eating a beef pattie and coco water earlier that day... I know i should of declined dinner but i just dont understand why he cant except me as a friend ONLY... oh wellz thats my drama...

This has been bothering me....two weekends ago I decided to take my daughter and cousins (girls 4&8) to a pumpkin patch on a huge farm. Well on our way, there was a really bad accident (little dirt road) that just happened. The car flipped over a few times and was upside down. My daughter jumped out of the car to help. While she's calling 911, she yelled to me that a little boy (between 8-10) was trapped in the car. Luckily two other women came to the rescue who just happened to be EMTs. They were able to get the little boy out but they needed something to stopped the bleeding from a head injury. I ran to my car to find my gym bag...filled with clean t-shirts, pants and bandanas. It helped, thank God.

Meanwhile, the mother is hysterical and faints a few times. So I stayed with her to calm her down and make sure she didn't hurt herself by falling on the ground. The entire time...she kept saying her husband is going to kill her I kept reassuring her that would not happen because they are still alive and to be thankful. Finally the ambulance and police arrives, she wants me to stay with her. Her husband shows up and starts acting like a fool...cursing the police out and saying the car had malfunctions. The wife already admitted she speeding a little and hit a ditch. After making sure the son was okay...she cursed out his wife. I was in shock. No wonder she was holding on to me for dear life. Makes me wonder he's abusive.

Anyway, I think about the woman and her son every time I pack my gym bag. It was so sad.

WOW Shem this was really amazing and disturbing. Your daughter was awesome to jump in and assist the woman in the car and that speaks to you as a Mother raising such a selfless child! Also I feel for the Mother as she already predicted what would happen with the Father so you know that was a cut and dry case of abuse.....WOW so sad....

YES! i will be out on black friday at 3:00AM at BEST BUY! and my son's borthday is the day before thanksgiving he wants to go to the NICK HOTEL IN ORLANDO!

That hotel is high as heck and so is the cruise!!!

We got $4000 back last year! I filed jointly and Louis was not working AND I have a dependant. Wahooooo! I hope we get a peice of that this year too since I am making less money and Louis doesnt make much.

I already know I am getting good back for this year. I bought my house this year just for that reason. Gotta take those tax breaks when you can get them.

Thats not expensive to me, thats relatively cheap... They never have specials from Philly to JA all like that.. That would be a great price for us! When I flew in last Nov it cost me 4 somthing round trip...

I just found out my uncle passed away in Jamaica, he has being sick for a couple of years not in pain or anything but his health was steadily deteriorating,

We weren't planning on going to JA until our wedding, but they took me in when I was 6 and never treated me like an outsider or anything. So I am could not even think of not going to pay my final respect
