The price is great for the Kitchen-Aid because I paid $200 for that thing. It comes with a lot of additional pieces to.

Yeah, that is the thing I need to really pay attention to. What extra blades and stuff it comes with.

My cousin let me use her bullett (that sounds gross) but I hated it! It had no power, was sorta awkward/messy.

I have a little "oscar" that my mom gave me a million years ago and it is perfect. Its small but great for doing little things.

Ha ha.....he's the one I was talking about the bullet to and he raised his eye brows at me this morning.

Also, one of the reasons I am looking at a food processor. He's killing me with all the veggies from the firehouse garden this year.

awww, thanks! i had a terrible day yesterday. some little focker broke into my garage and smashed the back window of my car and stole some cd's and a pack of gum. the worst part of it was that the front door of the car was open so they could have just nicely taken the cd's and left......

at least my hubby was off work yesterday so we were home together...even tho it cost us $300!!!

Thank you ladies for your advice on the food processor.

After the suggestions were pointing towards what I was looking at, I again weighed my options. Kitchenaid has a $20 rebate right now. I took into account what they offered and included, the size, the warrenties, the reviews, the cost, and the shipping cost. I just bought a cuisinart 9 cup DLC-2009CHB off of Ebay for $108 with free shipping.

It ended up coming down to the cost of what I really wanted. Free shipping always a plus.

Sunny & Sus, thank you in particular for your advice. I thought heavily on both.
