ok y'all here's a story

my brother-in-law just found out his wife had a baby earlier this year and he has not seen her in almost two years so he calls her and she says she cheated because she heard he had a woman out there....anyways his file is at the NVC stage and he sent the $400 to pay for his visa i called just now and guess what?...awaiting payment..he's asking me to help him he will send me the money to pay for it... ?????

Can't he send the money to the NVC himself? Even if he sent the money, doesn't she need to do her part and send in the affidavit of support, etc..? I think he needs to figure out what she is doing before he sends the money -

she already sent the AOS and paid the $70.00 but she has not gone any further i guess because he found out about the baby..so he says... he gave me his KNG# i called NVC and they are waiting for the payment they told him he needed a barcode page which they already sent to his agent (wife)..

had a WONDERFUL restful weekend.. i didn't do NOTHING!!

friday watched movie w/ my girls, sat after work.. watch movies w/ my hubby

sunday after church "kick the ball" or play soccer w/ my whole family.. THE BEST

and watch a lil tv..

i can't remember last time i had a weekend like that WOW.. i didn't even FEEL the need fi dance.. LOL

JG, I was answering her back regarding my statement that the Embassy, don't look at letters presented at the interview with alot of power...can't think of the right word right now. It's because they wants everything that is presented to them to be presented under the levegae of a sworn statement.

Tre, if it's just a why I can't attend letter, then she may be fine, but if it's anything in there about the relationship then they will prefer it to be under the sworn statement.

Okay I think I understand. We already did letters of intent a long time ago. This letter is not about the relationship, it is just stating why I am unable to attend which has to do with work/school. If this letter needs to be notorized, this isn't a problem either because there are three people at my job which notorize. Im not trying to explain to them about our relationship. We have pics, phone, records, receipts and things of that nature as proof of an ongoing relationship.
