Savanphil I hope you feel better soon, I had a sinus infection a few weeks ago and it was no joke. Plenty of rest fluids, and I took Zyrtec. It took me about 5 days to get completely better. Wish you well

Here's a quick & easy dish that combines texmex style & Caribbean flavors: Jerk chicken fajitas.

Sautee onions, different color bell peppers, a bit of salt, garlic, basil, & thyme in oil. Put aside.

Season skinless, boneless chicken breasts with jerk seasoning, then cut into strips. Cook in pan with a bit of oil until done.

Heat tortillas in oven or microwave.

Put chicken & onion/pepper mixture in the tortillas.

Me, too. Steven, though, doesn't eat cheese (or drink milk) because he feels they make you fat. I told him that there is low-fat cheese and skimmed (fat-free) milk, but he said he saw something on tv where they talked about how low-fat stuff has more chemicals, so those are a no-no too.

I have lots to do today: cook dinner, visit my sister, laundry, re-pot some plants...then my weekend pamper(nails, hair, exfoliate) LOL. LAwd knows I feel like just sleeping.

has gregory gone for his medical yet?? girl you know i am gonn ahave 20 questions after you guys get thru to help calm my nerves......since we have pretty much exact situation i am a bit nerv ous for our guys to go thru that part again....yes yours too but dont hate me LOL.....girl i am goona be as excited for yuo as i will for richard when our days comes again.....

hahahaha your all packed already??? too funny.....keepin busy i see

He goes for the medical on this coming Thursday. I get sick just thinking about it, but I have to pray that things go better this time around. I will be excited 4 u and Richard as well. :star:

Question: Gregory said that he called Andrews Medical Centre and they told him that he could obtain his medical results the same day. Is this true? I thought it took at least a couple of days to get them back? :unsure:
