I know girl it was on my mind heavy last night I just feel fi deh pickney. I can't imagine what he was feeling :crying:

Sorry Philly....kids are strong. He's doing good now - he's living with his Granny on his mom's side and is surrounded by his family. He sounds happy when I call him. The last day we spent with him I just kept hugging on him all day - he's very shy so that made him blush. :blush:

Shemmy, I do not have a spreadsheet with anniversaries.

I'm glad to find out that VM is Ryon4Life, as that was a FB friend I wasn't sure about.

SunRay, you don't like cayenne pepper in your juice? Try it in orange juice; it's really good that way. I just baked a tortilla with cayenne pepper sprinkled on it at lunch today. It'll make a crunchy, spicy snack for later.

Mon, glad you told us your ethnic makeup. I was wondering just yesterday, but didn't intend to ask.

Anybody ever do the LEMONADE CLEANSE???? It is the one with fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper and water... I guess it has been around for a while and has had great results for cleansing out your system and weight loss....

Just wondering if anybody on here has tried it.

Girllllll yuh see it they killing off everyone because of the recession. Yup Brad was killed off because he was one of the highest paid actors and has been on the show since forever, he drowned and froze in the lake trying to save Sharon's son and ironically Coleen drowned in the same lake. Victor got shot by Patty Williams who was posing as Mary Jane Benson who Victor bankrolled to get back at Jack hopefully being the death of him! Well she shot him 3 times cause she was nuts LOL. Tracy comes back everyone in a while and she is there cause Colleen is dying today and Steve as well then we porbably wont see them till next year.

Ashley is un-pregant by Victor with a hysterical pregnancy but her belly keep growing and she fell down the steps when Adam the blind some was trying to play like he was he ghost of Victor's dead wife LMAO. Sharon is pregnant again with Nick's Love child and supposedly they will switch the Baby with the non existent one to make Ashley think she has given birth when there is nothing there! Hot mess

Brad is now on Bold and the Beautiful playing dollar Bill with his fine self!

I didn't try it long enough. I only did it for one day and that was enough for me. Suppose to be the beyonce cleanse... If I have to drink that to look like Beyonce, I'll pass. My throat burned from the mess.
