Jamerican be careful doing that cleanse...my co-worker spent 2 weeks in the hospital and had to reschedule her wedding. Jamerican; that was the craze this year at my work place since people were losing weight rapidly, they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to try it...most of these ladies I don't even weight 130lbs...I was like no thanks...mi we tan yah wid mi wangah gut.

my latina friend said she can get some for cheap in mexico..
