Anybody ever do the LEMONADE CLEANSE???? It is the one with fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper and water... I guess it has been around for a while and has had great results for cleansing out your system and weight loss....

Just wondering if anybody on here has tried it.

You don't have to drink it hot.....

I meant Spicy hot. lol

ohhhh ok.... I just had my first drink and it kinda gave me the feeling like I was gonna have heartburn from that cayenne.....but other than that...it tasted ok... I used fresh lime juice I brought back from JA though instead of lemon. I wasn't aware that cayenne boosts your metabolism...I was wondering if scotch bonnet boost it even MORE???

I don't know, but I'd be scared my tail would be on fire after that. :unsure:

Dada What I was asking Philly was is she Latino. I also said that I am not Latina I just know spanish because my mother married a mexican when I was a kid.

Philly's spanish is GOOD

Jamerican be careful doing that cleanse...my co-worker spent 2 weeks in the hospital and had to reschedule her wedding. It worked for her, but it did something to her electrolytes (sp) and stipped her throat and something else. I want to go ask her, but I'm afraid she'll start bawling whens she talks about it. If I can rememeber, it also did something to her heart rate...she was already magah, but wanted to be smaller to fit into her size 6 wedding dress.

Damn, I wanted to be a size 16 when I got married, but I stuck with my size 20...and still looked GREAT!

so its not a appetite suppressant but a fat burner??? if so.. i would try it.. i really don't wanna stop eating as much as i wanna get rid of the food i do eat faster LOL

Quanna if you want to do that simply drink 32 oz. of room temp water with 1TBL of Sea Salt and it will rid you of everything you ate! This is the cleansing part of the diet!

Morning ladies! Its 3:20am!!! :( my baby is sick AGAIN! This sucks.

She is supposed to go camping tonight with the girlscouts but I cannot send her if she is going to make the other girls sick! Poor kid... she is going to be so mad.

That "Afro Puffs" song - I sang all the time when I was pregnant! I always had dreams that Tierra was going to come out with Afro Puffs (yes poni tail holders and all!! LOL) so that song was Tierra's theme song in my belly !! When she came out so white - I was startled! hahahah!

I had the same reaction when Marley came out so white too.
