Love you Island!!!! (L)

Ditto for me!

I think I know how you are feeling. I kept my story to myself and a few select Yardies on here for months. I just wasn't ready to tell it. Not that I cared what anyone else really thought. I just wasn't ready to put myself out there and accept the condolences and pity. When I was ready, and it all came spilling out of me, I really did feel so much better.

You do what you have to do to heal, Island.

Thanks Gals - I love you too. Yes JG I did the same. There are a few gals on here that cried with me the day he left and I was always be grateful and can't express my thanks enough for the love I have gotten from them. Many times I have started writing the post...but couldn't do it. It's been almost 2 1/2 months now, I guess this was my next step of healing. But I knew I wouldn't be able to heal if I talked to him all the time.

Finesse, I'm putting your questions aside for another day. I have reached my tear allotment for today. Philly's got more Jermaine to post to cheer this thread back up.

This G-20 stuff is crazy. Yesterday we had folks hanging off of bridges and they are all over our little city in the streets, parks, hell some of them are even in the hood. They have broke some windows at our banks and damaged a few ATM's.

Someone please help me with breaking down this first name...I have a meeting with this person at 3pm and I've been trying since Monday to pronounce it

TEERAKULKITTIPONG

Huh?? I say just call them T..

I wanted to do that, but it's not professional. So, I call his assistant and I can barely understand what the hell she's saying. Oh, well, I'll do my best

I had a second thought. Maybe you should speak with your thickest Jamaican accent then he won't know if you said it right or not.

....when it hurts to look back and you're scared to look ahead LOOK beside you and I'll be there.....

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore... and who always will.

So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.
