Thanks for creating the nice and clean spreadsheet JimandChristy.Good job :thumbs:. I didnt apply for AP since it'll just be useless.btw,i noticed that some people who are close to my date of filing already received their bio appts.We just moved here in ABQ New Mexico and I have just changed my address online,i hope it wont affect my pending AOS.

lot of good news going on round here!!! big up mi september filers!!!!!

we completed the walkin biometrics.. they said for him to come back at 3pm and he did it in 5 min!!!

08/07/09 We are married!!!!!

09/03/09 Completed medical.. all clear!!

09/21/09 Sent off I130, I485, I131, I765.. YAYYYYYY[/color]

09/28/2009 all 4 NOA's printed (received on OCT 1ST)

09/30/09 checks cashed!

10/05/09 receive biometrics appt for 10/28/2009

10/13/09 walk in biometrics.. !

10/26/2009 receive interview letter for NOV 30th 11:30!!!! PRAISE GOD!

11/06/2009 receive advance parole papers.. no email, no updates beforehand..

11/16/2009 After 2 WEEKS of checking the mail thinking the EAD and AP come about the same time, we get the "card production ordered" email for the EAD.. better late than never.. thank you LORD!!!

11/19/2009 receive another email stating "card production ordered"

11/23/2009 receive EAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11/30/2009 bittersweet interview, but WE ARE APPROVED

12/02/09 social security card in mail

12/04/09 receive "welcome" letter in mail

I received the letter with biometric appointment scheduled for October 23 , but after I read that a lot of people done biometrics by walk-inn we decided to take a chance and to try walk -in today .

It was crowded place today , we came ard 13-00 , but line went really fast . It took us about 45 minutes for everything . Nobody said even a word , so it went really well and fast . Thanks for VJ :-)) otherwise I would never be brave enough to try to get biometrics earlier :-)

The Walk-in Biometrics appointment is the way to go. I seriously think it helped move my case along so fast.

I just checked the mail today and found our interview letter for November 16th! It feels like its moving so quickly! I've adjusted from the VWP and now have my interview letter before my EAD - is that normal? I didn't think it would go this smoothly!

08/01/2009 - Got engaged in California

08/22/2009 - Married in our home town Las Vegas, NV

09/10/2009 - VWP expires/spend all night at kinkos putting package together

09/10/2009 - Send package via USPS priority certified mail with return reciept (Day 1)

09/13/2009 - Package recieved in Chicago Day 3)

09/21/2009 - Cheque's chashed by USCIS (Day 11)

09/22/2009 - NOA's recieved (Day 12)

09/25/2009 - Biometrics appointment recieved (for October 13th) (Day 15)

10/03/2009 - Biometrics completed early by walk in (Day 23)

10/19/2009 - Interview letter recieved. Date set for 16th November! (Day 39)

10/23/2009 - EAD card production ordered! finally!!! (Day 43)

I got my interview letter before my EAD and Advance Parole documents as well. Maybe the EAD and Travel departments are moving slower. In any event, these papers should be arriving soon. I got mine about a week or two after I got my interview letter in the mail. We have one week until the interview!!!! Getting excited! :dance:

i hate to alarm u cuz i really don't know what REGULAR timeframes are, but all sept filer seemed to have gotten a biometrics appt by now.. i filed on the 21st of sept a few days before you.

i think you might want to call the USCIS number to check status..
