Hi all

I am a full time student, therefore i dont file income taxes. My reported income on my AOS for applying for my mom is 0 but i have a joint sponsor that is supporting us

Does it look bad having 0 on my form or do you think i should be fine.

Thanks

Plenty of folks are successful that show zero income but have a qualified co/joint-sponsor, no reason to believe you wouldn't be either - obviously each person's case is different too.

Thanks Otto und Karin,

Do you know if i need to include any information to proof my lack of income

Thanks in advance

A brief letter explaining why you did not or were not required to file taxes (and that you were/are a full time student) would be advisable.
