how does immigrant data summary looks like for seminar

pls help me i just recieved my visa today...the package includes yellow envelope, a liftlet saying welcome to Estados Unidos, my passport with visa and a 2 medium size coupon bond with red ink big sign of WARNING and the other bond paper was the requirements and address of the commission on filipinos overseas. my question is how is the immigrant data summary looks like? where can i find that coz i need to photocopy that for my seminar

Are you talking about having to go to the class to be able to leave the country ?

If you are then what you need to talk to the class in Manila or Cebu is your passport that has your Visa

attached to it.

They will look at that and stamp it that you have taken the class and paid the fee.

That piece of paper attached to that yellow envelope is the immigrant data summary,,

Note: NEVER DETACH THAT PAPER FROM THE YELLOW ENVELOPE!!
