The I-130 has been approved, now off to the NVC. I will complete the AOS and my wife will complete the DS-230. Does she complete it and send it to the NVC in New Hampshire or to the Embassy in Manila or to me to complete the packet? Can I pay that fee or does she have to do it there? Just trying to be prepared so I get the documents out quickly. Thanks!

Which visa are you following? Your profile says K-3 but you have an approved I-130.

Good luck.

It's the I-130 for my wife. NVC receives the approved petition, then sends me the info for the affidavit of support and fee, right? Then it goes on to the embassy and they send her a packet for with the DS-230, right? Just want to know if I'm getting this right. I want a fast turnaround when it comes to the paperwork. Thanks.

I-130 is CR1 .. All throughout our process, me and my husband thought we're on K3, until the day I received my interview appointment letter where it reads 'Preference Category: CR1' ....

...but since it's I-130, supposedly, the next thing is DS-3032 for your fiance, just right along with your I-864. She needs to declare YOU as her agent.

...after they have acknowledged the DS-3032, next - the Agent (petitioner) will receive the [iV] Bill wherein you have to pay $400 before the NVC could proceed with your application.

attached is what it look like: (no need to include page 2 & 3 for there's nothing more than just customer service numbers written)

...after paying the [iV], your fiance will receive the DS-230 and additional instructions .. Hopefully, this is the last step if you won't have any RFE's (hope not)

...the next thing to watch out for is when NVC would complete your case.

Good Luck! :)
