If I-130 has been approved but, I stated on the form that I wanted to fill a I-129f form and intended to go down that, will my I-129f still be live? Even though my I-130 have been approved (status changed on-line) my I-129f status still reminds the same: RFE received and case resumed processing, could it be that for some reason the status for I-129f hasn't changed on-live but have been approved, along with my I-130?

Even though I-130 is regarded as the superior visa, I'd rather go with I-129f, with it being my first choice, get to USA that little bit quicker and then apply for EAD and SS.

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.
