My parent's petition was approved today September 17th. I wasn't expecting it to be that quick..

I got an email that it was sent today.

got some question for you,in I-130 question number 22. What did you answer on those questions? it's about the adjustment status..I would be happy to hear from...I just need help..

Congratulations! I am glad you got approved. I filed since May for Mama and still haven't heard anything. I left some questions in I-130 and that's one of the question that I am asking about..I hope you can help me..

F2A- brother (20 yrs. old)

Dec 15,2010: NOA1(Priority Date)

May 10,2011: NOA2( Approved)

May 21,2011: Called NVC got case number

May 26,2011: called NVC to set up emails

May 26,2011: received an email from NVC- P3AU english(stating the visa is not available for your use)

for Question 22, i put N/A since my mom is in the Phils., I believe you only complete it when your mom is currently in the US and adjusting status. Good luck! hope you'll get the approval soon!

01/21/10 : Received NOA2 (Petition Approved!)

02/04/10 : Received DS-3032 Packet in the e-mail

02/04/10 : Paid $70 AOS Fee and e-mailed DS-3032

02/06/10 : Mailed DS-3032 (through USPS Priority Mail)

02/11/10 : Mailed I-864 (through USPS Priority Mail)

02/16/10 : IV Bill Status Paid

02/25/10 : Mailed DS-230 Packet (through USPS Priority Mail)

03/01/10 : NVC received DS-230 Packet

03/12/10 : CASE COMPLETED

Finally, my Mother's case is approved. I got the NOA2 hard copy. It was approved Sept 18.09 and then I checked my case status online and it was showing initial review. But anyway, I am so happy. !! thanks!
