WEll on 9/5/09 I paid the $400 bill and today is now the 17 on Sept and when i go to nvc site it still say processing so I have called a few times and someone finally tells me to write a letter and a copy of my bank statemant shoiw it was taken out of my bank accout. So I did just what the lady told me and I called them up tonite and tell lady the problem and she says i will send it to a supriovr .So I decide to ask her how long will it take to fix this problem and she so kindly says 10 to 15 days for there mess up . Yes I am very up set right now we were hoping my usband would of been home before the birth od our child but really not look so good since it not that far away anymore . sorry for venting .

That sucks Brooklyn. Hopefully it will be fixed way sooner than that..youknow they have canned times for everything but sometimes its quicker.

I'm also in the same situation! I paid our AOS $70 bill on 9/4/09 (we both received the email for AOS bill & DS3032 on 9/3/09). My

AOS fee cleared my bank 9/9/09 and it still says IN PROCESS. After calling NVC many times, they finally gave it to a supervisor for review on 9/15/09. I also sent them a copy of my bank statement showing the debit out of my account on 9/9/09.

I think something is wrong with their system ever since the 3 day weekend Sept 4-7. I've seen in other posts of people with the same problem who paid online that weekend.

My husband's DS3032 was finally accepted today and the IV bill was generated.....but I'm going to wait at least a few days to pay it, because when I paid the AOS bill the same day it was generated, I think that's what has caused the glitch in their system as to why it still doesn't show PAID 2 weeks later. A supervisor is currently reviewing it for resolution.

Hope your situation gets resolved soon too
