Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Won't be a problem unless something like the sputum test comes up. People that have their act together do St. Lukes a month+ before they interview.

They also do a private pre test for TB. Like 7 months before the approximate interview date. Or when first engaged or married.

Not that many peeps that have their act together tho and just "wing it" and pray.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

i did my medical last sept. 3-4 (thursday&friday)then interview was on the 9th(wednesday), it would've also been good too if i did the monday after.. because they will just hand you the medical results then when you get to the US embassy, you will hand that in together with the DS-156, 156k, and 157 so no biggie :) you can get the medical done then have the interview the day after, there wont be any problems

God bless!
