receipt number help

i recieve my reciet number after 10 days we sent our first package the I-130 one

but when i type that number in uscis a box message say that : the receipt number must be 13 character long

my number is 13 number too xxx-xx-xxx-xxxxx

i dont know what happen or what's wrong

leave out the hypens. The system correctly rejects it, but the reason for rejection in this case is not specific enough which can be confusing. Hopefully the new site, among other things, has more verbose instructions & error messages.
