Thank you every one .. and yes we included letter with details but NVC didn't want to accept that they just wanted Expire date on PCC then we decided to call congress man office her secratory listened our all problem and we complaint about NVC working method while my wife was on phone with her she wrote an email to US EMBASSY RIYADH and said she will contact NVC soon after my wife hanged up the phone just in 4 hours NVC login was failed and our case completed.
