I-864 QUESTION

I will be very thankful if you can help me with following question.

My mother (petioner) filled for my brother and now we received DS3032 & AOS. We paid fee online and sent DS3032 via regular mail & email.

We are gerring ready for Affedivit of support.

MY Question is: my mother has no income and she done no jobs since she came to USA in 2005. no tax retrun. no bank account. she live with me. i have a job and i take care of her. Who should fill i-864?

1. should she fill i-864 and i fill also i-864? or

2. she fill i-864 and i fill i-864A? or

3. she fill nothing and i fill i-864 as "only one sponsor"

please help me with this.

Did you figured out how to fill out i864a on part 2 #13 is sponsors name (extra income) then 1 (one blank) on table a. the name of the principal intend imm. and last part 3 name again of sponsor and one on blank or should it be a. Only one person is intend imm.

I am stuck on that one.

i put sopnsor name on line 1 of #13.

then "1" in indicating member

then name of immigrent/application on (a) then date of birth

on part 3:

i put my name on line 1 (the house hold memer)

then "1" (# from line 13)

I am planning to send 3 year tax return with i-864 & i-864a. Do i need to request transcripts from IRS to also atatched with i-864 & i-864a.

or tax return alone should be enough?

Tax returns are fine. Although if you want instead the transcript they send them via fax a.s.a.p

Youb did add yourself to your mothers i864 as additional income; right?

On i864 part 3 #8 is checked and yes on that. But no info needed on a, b c d etc because intend imm is already on #2; right. Unless person is comming with add immigrants.

and the last page of that letter said she would be getting a package in 4 to 6 weeks. Maybe thats would be ds230. I am going to hold on and see if I get a package too. But my forms i864/864a are ready. How did you knew about this form? I think when I immigrated; they game me that form at the border immigration dept. before entering.

1. 3 year tax return

2. 3 year tax tramscripts

3. 3 year W2

4. 2008 pay stubs of I-864a person (son)

is thier any thing els ei need to send?
