how do you know its a FALSE RFE???

Hey i just called NVC and heard the automated service which says...they have reviewed the docs and there is sum info or docs missing and they hv sent a mail on 16th sep:( we hv been receiving emails so far ..no email on ths update yet:((

we hv sent all docs....HOW CAN YOU TELL IF THIS IS A FALSE RFE???DO WE HV TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SUMONE AT NVC WHO CAN CONFIRM???

It should be a False RFE, ONCE the bills are paid and in sometime if the system doesnt have information about the received documents it generates an RFE as missing, me too iam with the same case of RFE, so do not worry keep praying.. Once u r thru u will be lucky as Chennai gives the interview date very soon..

hey thanks guys but my luck was nt good today...i called NVC to confirm and they want my original Birth certi and marriage certificate:((i sent the certified ones...am not losing hope ...will just send it asap tom and hope for a case complete and interview date:)i have been very positive thruout this jurney wont lose hope now:)
