Hi there... I have a bit of a situation going on and I'm feeling a little anxious about it so I'm appealing to you for some information and help. I arrived to the US in a tourist visa and I changed my status to F-1. I have not returned to my country since that CoS and I've complied with all the requirements of my status (attend school full-time, not work out of campus, etc). So far so good but here's the problem: Without my knowledge, my former school processed my transfer and set up my release date 3 weeks before the end of the semester. I wasn't aware of this fact so I continued working on my on-campus job for those three weeks. Those three weeks, therefore might be considered "unauthorized employment." When I found out about the mistake I called my former school and they assure me that I was going to be OK, they even wrote me a letter stating that they messed up the date. When I met with the immigration specialists in my new school they also told me that I was going to be OK. But, for some reason, I'm really concerned that this mistake will come back and bite me in the ####... If I ever decide to become a resident would that mistake come back to haunt me? If that situation happens should I disclose it or should I just assume that it will be OK?

Thanks!!
