Has anyone who got approved late last week received NOA2 hardcopy yet?

Hey everyone,

Just wondering whether anyone who has received the e-mail approval on the 10th received their hardcopy yet. There was a problem with the mailing system. We did not get the change of address letter from USCIS, so I'm just hoping that there isn't a problem with the NOA2 as well. Thanks!

12/21/12 - Delivered and signed for by Fernando Dominguez

12/24/12 - E-mail notification that file sent to NBC (now able to check case status online!)

12/28/12 - E-mail notification that biometrics notice was sent!

01/08/13 - Biometrics!

04/02/13 - Interview! Passed!

May 2013 - Oath Ceremony!

Hey Tina,

For whatever is worth... the other communications that I've gotten from VSC were dated September 2 and 3... and I got those letter last Saturday and Tuesday...that gives you an idea of how "fast" that can be!

It just makes you wonder, though. I don't really care for the change in address letter, but for something as important than the NOA2 to get lost in the mail, it can be a bit of a pain since I will need that for the AOS :wacko:

Hopefully, it's not just us! I've heard that to get a duplicate NOA2 could be $300!

I haven't got mine either. It's a week since I got the NOA2 email.

AOS Phase

January 11, 2010: - Mailed AOS packet (I-485/ I-765/ I-131)

January 13, 2010: - Chicago received AOS packet

January 19, 2010: - Received 3 NOA email

January 20, 2010: - Check cashed[/color]

January 22, 2010: - Received 3 NOA hardcopies in the mail1st touch I-485, I-765 & I-131

February 01, 2010: - Touch - I-765 (EAD)

February 08, 2010: - Touch - I-485

February 08, 2010: - Case moved to CSC

February 13, 2010: - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (After a long wait!)

February 15, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & received e-mail that case is now pending

March 09, 2010: - Biometrics completed, Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 10, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 17, 2010: - EAD Card Production, Touch - I-131 (AP) & I-1765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Received AP in mail

March 25, 2010: - Received EAD in mail

April 02,14,15, and 21 2010: - Touch - I-485

April 21, 2010: - Green Card Production ordered!, Welcome letter/NOA April 24

April 29, 2010: - FINALLY!!!! Received Green Card in hand!

all goverment correspondence inside the US must go through USPS... and keep in mind that is not the faster service they use for these type of mail... only for passports is that they use priority....

also the fact that they have that date on your noa2 does not mean they actually sent it that day.... I was told that is a chain of officers that work on your case.... so one person is in charge of mailing them etc.... you can also see that on your previous correspondence you've gotten from USCIS the date on the envelope is between 4-6 days after the date on the letter itself.... so I would not even expect mine until 10-15 days after my NOA2...
