Thanks Mike.

Khong biet! ;)

Looks like you've gotten some touches on your case. I wish you both the best of luck as that process furthers, and will be watching especially when your interview date rolls around.

STL_HCMC

Congrats!!!! We are so happy for you. How long will you stay in Vietnam?

Hi Chuck!

I was waiting to see your reply! :P

I want to thank you for the "work hours" (literally; don't tell your boss) that you freed up to answer a few (probably a little more than that I think) questions from me during our last minute preps. Your advice (i.e. "BIG PICTURE") and direction is much appreciated and was instrumental in our final days, hours and minutes. It is definitely at times like the "interview crunch" when one can easily lose sight of the "BIG PICTURE" and begin needling every little detail. Diligent detail needling is definitely important in the process, but so is recognizing the "BIG PICTURE" and realizing the evidence is a composition of parts.

I have to recognize you as the "cooling" in the fire that engulfed my mind after hearing Matt_Stevens talk of the "co-sponsors for special cases only" statement that his fiancee got during her interview. Thanks for bringing me back down to earth, helping me realize the positives of our case and the reality of our sponsor situation!

VisaJourney still amazes me and I'm very thankful I stumbled across this link while researching Google 9 months ago!

My most heartfelt :) to you both. I am so glad to hear this news. PINK is the best color on earth. :D

It is truly amazing how different each case is and how some things are accepted while others are not, all depending on the CO.

I'll say it again... PINK is good. ;)

The domino effect. The information and archive chain is invaluable.

As I always say on here, that is the power of VisaJourney - the legacy members that stick around and contribute so much back to the place that we all started from!

Thanks Matt!

Appreciate your kind words. Our cases were pretty neck and neck for a while, although you definitely got out of USCIS a lot quicker than we did. We even had some similar attributes (i.e. parental co-sponsors).

Amazing it is, the differences in each case and the unique qualities they possess. Perhaps this lends foundation to the understanding that maybe there isn't a standard. There are guidelines, but fill in the blanks as your situation sees fit.

Many doubted your case, including me at times (to be honest), but you prevailed, like we did; you worried a lot, like we did; and perhaps you now see 20/20 in hindsight, like we do!

Best of luck to you both in the future and the rest of your VisaJourney. I hope you stick around VJ and throw in a few cents from time to time.

Hi patricks,

In more simple terms, could it be said any better?

Thanks for the support all along.

Wow! Great news to wake up to out here in Cali! CONGRATS!!!!

VJ has been invaluable in learning that dilligent preparation goes a long way towards confidence in the interview. With 3 weeks left to prepare (1 with Nhu), I feel that tension and the endless 'what if' questions starting to kick in. Thankfully, your detailed accounting, and those of other recent interviews, have helped to quell the anxiety! Look forward to seeing you on the site in the years to come as we go through AOS!

I do believe it was your bold prediction back when the co-sponsor issue engulfed my mind, that we would indeed be approved. So are you one of those fortune tellers everyone has been talking about on here? ;)

Tiger it is!

I have a good old Bud here for you guys. Kevin, wanna join me for a few?
