NVC LOGIN FAIL

Hi friends ,

Just some hours ago my wife called at Congressman office and talked about our situation of Expiration date of Police certificate and his secretory said they will contact NVC but after some hours wheni loged in back on NVC site i got following responce on NVC login site.

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error.

Now whats that whenever i try to login with my case number and ID number i got the above message.Any idea whats that ????

WHOO HOO!!! Time for the happy dance is what that means.... Your case is complete with NVC and will now go to the Embassy.... Congratulations!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

I should temper that this is USUALLY what that means... It is what everyone waiting at NVC waits for ... for the login to fail! Congrats

congrats, your case is finished!

Timeline:

Sent in I-130 form: 01/29/09

Interview Date: 11/08/09 (APPROVED!)

Visa in Hand: 11/12/09

POE: 01/30/10 (!!!!) at JFK Airport in NYC... can't wait!

Got the green card maybe 8 weeks after 01/30/10...

TBC....

June 1, 2009…I-130 Packet sent to USCIS

June 11, 2009…Got NOA #1

July 30, 2009…Got NOA #2 (YA ALLAH)

NVC STAGE

August 15, 2009…Got NVC Case Number BGHXXXXXXXX

August 20, 2009…Paid AOS Fee

August 21, 2009…Sent in DS-3032

August 28, 2009…Paid IV Bill

September 1, 2009…Sent in AOS Packet

September 8, 2009…Sent in DS-230 Packet

October 23, 2009…Sign in FAILED!! WOO HOO!!!

October 24, 2009…CASE COMPLETED!!!

October 30, 2009...Got Interview Date!!!!!!!

INTERVIEW STAGE

November 13, 2009...Case forwarded to Baghdad (8809227350)

November 22, 2009...Case Received in Baghdad and Signed for by Caro at 3:00 PM

December 5, 2009…Medical Exam

December 20, 2009…Interview at the US Embassy In Baghdad, Iraq (YA ALLAH HELP HIM) APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!! Just need to get some papers in and will get Passport back.

January 25, 2010...VISA ISSUED!!!!

January 30, 2010…Visa in Hand (YA ALLAH WA AKBAR)

POE STAGE

February 5, 2010…POE at Seattle, Washington

DONE WITH THIS VISA #######! :)

What's with this "login failed" stuff. :thumbs:

I'm away for a few months and everyone's gone all electronic.

I have waited for almost 3 months to get case complete after sending package 3 to NVC every time they asked stupid things but when we realized they are not doing well with us then my wife called Congress man office about that NVC foolish things after talking to Congressman office case completed within 4 hours. and below is NVC login address :

Looks like you might of had a false RFE for the police certificate. Same thing happened to us. They said we need police certificate and then like 2 days later case complete and we didn't even send the police certificate they wanted lol Congrats again and wish you the best for the interview inshallah

Yup correct they first they said PCC missing after that they said they found it and reviewing it after that they said it has not expire date on that after they said need letter from SA POLICE explaining why they dont use expire date on PCC and i spoke with US embassy and every one they said SA Police certificate never had Expire date and thats what US EMBASSY accepts and we sent letter to NVC explain that situation they reviewed case again said all is fine but PCC missing .. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ahhhh we were tired of that and it was 14th week in NVC for us and they were playing hide and seek but after we talked with KY CONGRESSMAN office they completed case in just 4 hours.all i can say stupid NVC.
