Hi, my k1 petition was approved on september 2 2009, it has been 2 weeks since case approved and the nvc has not received our case, and uscis has touched our case several times after it was approved, i hope someone can help me with this.

Hey Joe, Have you tried to call NVC. I'm sure you probably have but if you haven't that's where you would want to start. I bet you'll hear something in the next week but I certainly understand wanting to know what's taking so long. I'll see what I can find out for you. Hang in there and Congrats on the CRBA. Mike
