DS-230 - Social Security Card - please help

Hi guys!

I have some questions regarding the document DS-230.

I have already a Social Security Card.

Therefore I think I have to mark the following questions with no. To mark it with “Yes” would mean I don’t have a Social Security Card and I want to obtain one. Or did I misunderstood something wrong?

Question 43a:

Would you like to receive a replacement card?

- Yes/no

Do you want the Social Security Administration to assign you a SSN and issue a card?

- Yes/no

Question 43b:

Consent to Disclosure: I authorize disclosure of information from this form to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Social Security Administration (SSA), such other U.S. Government agencies as may be required for the purpose of assigning me a SSN and issuing me a Social Security card, and I authorize the SSA to share my SSN with the INS.

- Yes/no

I would mark all three questions with no, cause I already have a Social Security Card.

Can someone give me feedback who had the same problem?
