My husband came on a 90 day tourist visa about 2 and a half months ago. We got married a week ago on the spur of the moment in Vegas and are now preparing his AOS. We have two questions:

1. If we don't get the AOS in before his tourist visa expires what will happen? We are really working to get it in before then, but are worried that we might not get the NOA until a couple of weeks after his tourist visa expires. Could this jeopardize our case?

2. He and I had been living together in Germany for the last year. My visa expired and I had to return to the US, so we planned to take a holiday together to celebrate and to say good-bye to each other. We hadn't planned on marrying but while were there we realized that we really couldn't live without each other and so we decided to get married. I am wondering:

A. Do we have enough evidence that we have a bonafida relationship?

- a lease and bills with both names for the last 5 months, photos dating back one year, receipts of trips we've taken together.

B. Do we have enough evidence to prove he planned to return to Germany when he arrived on his tourist visa?

- return flight ticket, 2 of his German bank accounts with statements, a German cell phone account that he pays out of his German

bank account, his paid car insurance for the next year. He does not have a lease because he did not plan to return to the

apartment we shared, but to live with his family.

Any suggests for more evidence that we could submit?

Thank you for your help!!!!
