Has anyone tried to use NVC's automated system?

Hey everyone,

Just wondering whether people have tried to find the status of the case via the automated system. I just tried our NVC case number and our EAC number today and it said that it did not have record of our case. Yet, when I talked to the operator, it was clearly there.......strange.

12/21/12 - Delivered and signed for by Fernando Dominguez

12/24/12 - E-mail notification that file sent to NBC (now able to check case status online!)

12/28/12 - E-mail notification that biometrics notice was sent!

01/08/13 - Biometrics!

04/02/13 - Interview! Passed!

May 2013 - Oath Ceremony!

The K1's absolutely cannot be checked via the automated system. I agree.
