10/05/2009 - 2nd NOA!

10/23/2009 - Packet 3 received

12/30/2009 - Interview -> APPROVED!

Maria flew to the US & we got married! YAY!

AOS Timeline

02/24/2010 - Package sent to USCIS Chicago P.O. Box

03/04/2010 - Check Cashed!

03/07/2010 - 1st NOA hardcopy letters received on mail.

03/24/2010 - Hardcopy received "Case transferred to CSC"

03/30/2010 - Biometrics taken

05/07/2010 - I-131 approved and received

05/24/2010 - I-765 EAD card received

August 2nd - got divorced. Maria comes back to her country.

My two RFEs were: the first was at the very beginning because I sent a copy of one of my signitures and they wanted the original, even though everything says to send a copy and keep the original. Oh well. The second was that they wanted more photos and with the date stamped on the front. I dont have that option on my camera after the pics have been taken, so a friend that has a program for editing pics let me use it and we added the dates to the front with yellow to make them look legit. We got the NOA2 so they must have been ok.

I finally got a notice that my NOA2 is in the mail. Only after 2 RFE's and a lot impatience.I am so relieved though. Can't wait to actually hae it it my hands. :D
