Processing days?

I am wondering if there is only certain days of the week that they actually process petitions or if they only send out NOA2's.

I havent seen anyone reporting an approval for most of this week and i am sure that they =have plenty of petitions in the work's at this time.

Do you think they only send them out at the end of the week?

Or is there a special process they use to send them out?

Or is that just another mystery of the uscis?

They send them out on the 3rd day after the day when the boss wakes up and realizes he has no clean white socks and needs to go to the store the week after to get new socks.

That is about the only rhyme or reason that I see. haha Just kidding.. but I wish I knew

I dunno, I don't really understand anything about them. How is it that some people like DQilly and Luis&Laura have not been approved yet, what the ####### is taking them so long?? The faster they approve cases, the longer lunch breaks they can take.

I wish everyone had this mentality... if they did stuff would get done... Yeah especially imagine being an employee there.. life must be rough right now with everything they need to do ..heck I would be willing to process cases for them.. and I would even not process my own due to moral issues regarding that.. anything to help people out..

I don't understand why it's so hard to approve some applications. It's not like approved petitions are guaranteed a visa, the foreign consulates still have the final word.

I think everyone here understands why there are so many illegal immigrants in the US!!

My Fiancee and I have been talking about that very subject. No wonder so many people just come across the border.

I think we should form a consulting firm that works on efficiency and go in and fix their problems. For god's sake all they are doing is ensuring that you meet the minimum requirements for a K-1 visa and then sending it to the embassies. How hard and how much time can that take?

I consider myself a reasonable (may be debatable) and patient person but this has gone beyond what any sane person could call a reasonable delay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the fact that I recieved my email notification and update on the site for my RFE going out as I received it in the mail (a week after they mailed it), leads to some evidence that it is possible. Maybe there are a collection of us that have been approved in a big pile somewhere and we will all get our emails or letters mailed to us the same time (like the rfe). Or, even better, maybe some letters are in the mail already but CSC has not informed us. Wouldnt that be a suprise...letter of approval in the mail without warning!!! OK, I may be dreaming, but with USCIS, anything to do with processing is possible
