My fiance is currently here right now visiting as we fill out the I-129F, & we reached the section about the I-94 number. It asks for an arrival & departure record number, but we are unsure of what that is or where to find that out. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

Don't worry about it - it's not needed.

It is if he's not planning to visit again. Wouldn't he be issued a new number every time he crosses? I don't think it is necessary because if he was at home now he wouldnt have a number to put there.

Thank you, we added the number now. But we have another quick question, my fiance is from England, but we don't know if we should put in the United Kingdom/England or Great Britain when filing any information about citizenship, country etc, or if it even matters.

It may seem like a very silly question, we just don't want to screw this up, any help would greatly appreciated.

Add the information on the 194. It's about his arrival and allowed stay in the US. That's why it asks if your fiance is in the US with you at the time, so that it can record his arrival/departure info.

Also, for citizenship, we put United Kingdom, simply because it says that on the passport.
