Hello,

I just received my NoA2 notice today from USCIS. Will the NVC send me notification via e-mail/snail-mail when they receive and release our petition?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, they should mail you. I don't know about email, I never tried to receive email updates. You'll get a notice from NVC when they receive your petition. Then, you can start checking the embassy website for an interview date. It will be a couple weeks though before the embassy receives it.

NVC send email letters to the petitioner and beneficiary if you gave them your email addresses. You can call NVC to know if they already got your papers. NVC# (603) 334-0700.

In my case we receive the documents via email, we called NVC to gave them our email add, it is more faster than mailing system

 Exactly right. Shortly after NVC receives your petition from USCIS, they will send you a form letter containing your new consular case number and stating that the petition will be forwarded to the consulate "within a week." This is generally true unless you get picked for additional processing (AP). The only way you'll know for sure when your petition has left NVC is to keep calling them.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
