I have a few questions:

If my fiance cant support me because she is under the $18000 poverty guidelines and we cannot find a co-sponsor can we still get approved at the consulate? or is there another solution to this problem?

If we could not get a co sponsor then would it help if I had a letter from an employer in america stating that I will always have a job there when I get there?

If I went to america and got married to her, would I still need to have a sponsor or co sponsor? (i am filing for a K1 visa right now)

I have never heard of a way of getting around the sponsor requirement. A letter from your potential employer is essentially worthless in this process. Consider that if you get to USA and get married, you still need to file for AOS which also requires a sponsor. Once again, your letter from a potential employer will be essentially meaningless.

Yes, none of that will work.

Do you have any assets? Does your fiancee have a house, two cars any investments at all? You can use assets to make up the shortfall but they must be 3 times the amount required.

For instance if she makes 15 thousand per year you need to make up around 4 thousand, so she would need 12 thousand in assets.

You may want to consider CR-1. I am not familiar with the process but it may be easier in your situation because you can work as soon as you arrive in the USA. I am not familiar with the sponsor requirements but they may be less. Note that CR-1 is a spousal visa, so you would have to get married outside of the US and then immigrate.

There is no way around the financial requirements. How far below the guidelines is she? Maybe she can make up the shortfall with assets (savings, home ownership, shares etc), or can take a second job for a few months until you get here?
