I wouldn't worry much. Worst case scenario is that you get an RFE and it holds your case up for a few weeks if that. Breathe, you will be fine. I thought for sure that I was going to get an RFE for inaccuracies on my I-129F and G-325a forms but I was approved today. Best of luck to you.

btw, how did janna come to the u.s. during the visa application processing? i was under the impression that the foreign fiance was not allowed in during that time. if that's not the case, that would be fantastic!!

Thank you,

Janna has a 1 year multiple entry B-2 tourist visa before we got engaged. There are no rules saying that a fiancee cannot visit while having a pending petition. But, it is a little confusing..... To my understanding if you try to apply for a B-2 while having a pending K-1 petition the embassy may deny you the B-2, but there is no solid answer. If your fiancee has strong economic, social, family ties to their country the consul may consider it. If your S/O has good ties and you don't mind the possibility of loosing $150.00 then I say "Go for it." The worst the embassy can say is "No". If your S/O comes from a country that has a visa waiver program. They can come without applying for a visa. But either way, with the B-2 or Visa waiver program the U.S. customs and border police may deny entry upon arrival into the US. Either way this will still not effect your K-1 petition.

But, you are absolutely allowed to visit during this process, there are just many things that may present some difficulties. If you have any other questions about this I'll be more than happy to help you.
