Yeah, but can you get fish and chips wrapped in a Kindle? :lol:

I agree though rebeccajo, would be cool to have the UK newspapers in that format for that kind of price.

I don't have a Kindle, I have the Sony eReader (the touch screen one) and I LOVE it. It's just so handy to have on the 20+ hour flights from Australia to New York :lol: Not to mention, the inbuilt light is handy, because Jesse likes to watch movies while I prefer reading - now I can cuddle up on the sofa with him and still read without annoying him by having a lamp on.

Oh yeah, and I love series of books, and nothing is better than finishing one book, hitting the home button, and selecting the next - I don't have to go out and buy the next one, or get up and walk into another room to fetch it. It's all right there at my fingertips ^_^

These things haven't come out in Australia yet (that I've seen) - I got mine in the States. All of my fellow bus goers are VERY jealous :lol:

July 2007 - met Jesse at a beach party held by mutual friends in Long Island, NY

May 2008 - J-1 visa expired, had to move back to Australia

July 2008-September 2008 - lived with Jesse for three months in Staten Island, NY

March 2009 - Jesse comes to Australia for 3 weeks

April 2009 - Engaged!

05/20/09 - I-129F petition mailed in

05/22/09 - NOA1!

05/25/09 - touch

09/09/09 - NOA2!

10/01/09 - due to fiance's illness, we are abandoning pursuit of K-1 at this point. Packet 3 received from consulate but won't be returned.
