February 12,2010--------Biometrics appointment @ 9am (done)

February 18,2010--------dated by USCIS(scheduling for my interview)

January 25,2010--------NOA1 date(I-485,I-765,I-131)

January 29,2010--------touch for my AP

February 15,2010--------touch for my EAD

March 11,2010-----------for my AOS..and always checking our mailbox..hehehe

March 10,2010------------Interview for my AOS @ 9am (done) and waiting for the result.. whew...

March 22,2010------------Received my Greencard!so happy!

what they asked you about your interview in philippines.

when i got interview here in hk they asked me a lot of things hehehe but its great i also passed the interview.

HONGKONG PHILIPPINES PASSPORT

oct 28 2008--MARRIED

dec 28 2008 -- send the i-130 to uscis

feb 3-2009-- approaved

feb - 2009 -- bill generated

feb- 2009 --choice of address

mar 18 2009 --IV Fee Payment Receipt Details online in process for visa payment

mar - 2009-- recieved ds-230

april 1 2009 -- missing documents i-864 (something skip) sent back by then..

May - 2009 ---sent ds-230/NBI/marriages contract/birthcert/photo( original copy)

june 24 2009 --sent to nvc payment statement..

june 26 2009-- resent the reciept of IV fee.nvc missing..

july 1 2009----recieved INSTRUCTION PACKET AGENT..

july 27-2009 NVC completed.

july 31-2009 medical

sept 4 2009 INTERVIEW

sept 4 2009 passed the interview but my visa pending its bcoz i do need to send CENOMAR ( certificate of no marriages) NSO should be send direct to us consulate in hongkong then my visa will send to me once they receive my CENOMAR... wait for another month again :(

sept 17,09 NSO already send the CENOMAR to hongkong consulate.

sept 30,09 HongKong us consulate received my CENOMAR

oct 7.09 visa in hand :)

nov 23,09 Port of entry

dec 15.09 letter from uscis (WELCOME NOTICE)

January 15 2010 expected to receive the original green card..

gudluck sis kung cr1 ka prepare mo na lng ung evidence mo pic , email, airmail ,phonebill , WU skin ksi 3 lng hiningi tpos 10 question lng ung sa consul sa pinoy nmn 5 lng .

We don't email each other ... we chat 2 hours everyday on Yahoo messenger ... however I took actual screen prints of 2 chats each month for the past year ... and about 10-12 screen prints of her and I talking with the webcam's showing her and I and what we were talking about ... she does have 3 cards I have sent / given her via fedex ... no emails though .. the only thing I have ever emailed to her was some emails about how to get some of the docuements she needs and information about the medical and interview so she could print and read it at home ... I think the actual screen prints of our chat history, chat conversations and web cam screen prints are pretty creditable because it is a actual picture of my pc screen as we are chatting and not just a copy paste of a conversation which can be easily edited to whatever. I guess she does have the 2 packages of the fed ex packages from when I fed ex'd her documents and cards. I will tell her to bring those as well showing her address as the receiver and me as the sender.

Oh and I also call her almost everyday via cell phone in the morning before I go to work, so she also has about 1 year of cell phone bills showing my calls to her cell phone as well.

Thanks for the advice.

wel i told them that we dont email each other coz we chat she said i dont care if u dont email but i need email so she lookto me like this :angry: and i look my chat history and she dont want -.- grrrrr.. anyways just bring chat with ur email address and ur hubby email add.

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")
