Timeline

We ,My Fiance Had his interview on 09/08/2009,The SO question him about not having a Police Clearence From Valencia Spain, where he spent time there over 6 months, Before he left Spain he asked if he would need a Police Clearence and was told NO, Only the Residence people of Spain needs a Police Clearence , WE ARE ON ADMIN REVIEW AS OF NOW , He should be getting a Letter stating No Police Clearence is needed from Spain, He was told from the SO they get back in touch with him for that info, As of Now we are still waiting, we were not Denied .

You may want to tell Spain you HAVE to have one. We were told we couldn't get one from Senegal because my husband wasn't a citizen. It took a bit convincing, no we did not pay a bribe, my husband is just very good with human relations, he was finally given one. Because Lagos seems to be a very difficult embassy to get through I would think they would use lack of PCC as a reason to keep one in AP indefinitely. I DON'T know this for certain it's just an assumption on my part.

My reasoning is that Spain is not who gets to decide what the US Embassy needs. The US NEEDS to know that those they are allowing in to the US are crime free.
