Our interview was on June 2. We were told that everything was good but that we would be placed in AP for some time (not specific). We rcvd notification for my husband to bring his passport to the embassy and that it could be dropped off. He was also instructed to give the required information to DHL (ph number and address), located on the embassy compound. We were told that this process would take 1-2 weeks. Good News huh? My husband was in Jordan at the time visiting his parents so he called and they stated that this was not a problem just come when he came back from vacation. So 1 month later he submitted the passport and 1 week later we rcvd a letter stating that our application was in AP again and we would be notified when it was finished. I am thinking that they are checking travel documents from the passport information as he made several trips to his home to visit while living in Kuwait. We are remaining positive as we have not yet rcvd any indication that anything is wrong, but yet are wondering why in AP again. I would have thought they know everything there is to know about us by now. Does this sound like the norm for other filers? Thanks for the input.
