Possible RFE or complications???

I turned in the divorce decree for my previous marriage (official divorce date of 4/1/09, separated since end of 2006) when I was filing for my wife. However, I think I'm thinking way to much into this but, the car and condo from my previous marriage are in my possession as called out per the decree). I never got the name changed to just me. I've tried many times, but the DMV says since the car has a loan on it, they can not pull off my ex-wife's name and leave me on the registration alone. The bank has the title and they go off of that. For the condo, the bank says no I have to refinance, I don't wanna refinance cause its a good rate. But, I will if I have to, I'd rather pay a little more and have my wife with me.

Will this situation cause complications or an RFE????
